Small Goals Lead to Great Accomplishments

Valerie and I are so proud of Melanie and the accomplishment she's made!  The 3.1 miles of a 5 K can feel daunting when you first start running, but then to continue to make goals that lead her to a half marathon (13.1 mi) is amazing!  You may be sitting at your computer thinking, "That's great for her, but I don't think I could ever do something like that!" and you know what?  You're WRONG!  If you want it.  If you really want it, you'll set your own goals and through hard work you'll meet them!!!  You can do ANYTHING!!
