Take risks...lose weight

Losing weight is scary...it's hard.  It's emotionally, physically and mentally exhausting.  It requires effort and work and persistance.  Sometimes it's easier to stay in your comfort zone, hold onto the weight and avoid the risk of failing and being disappointed in yourself.  The problem with that is...you have no HOPE of achieving your goals.  You have to decide that the risk is worth the reward.  Because, you never know, this time...(with Lifetime Wellness Challenge!)...you just might SUCCEED!!
