This is typically a day that I would share some type of "wisdom" I'd learned recently, but after reading through the success stories from this week, I just can't wait to share them. We all can use a little extra motivation to get us through the pies, cookies and gravy of this week, right?!?
"Water consumption has been a consistent struggle for me all my life! I get frequent headaches and light-headed/dizzy spells, among other medical problems. From the first day of this challenge, drinking all of my water has been the hardest part for me. Not only am I lousy at guzzling water, but I'm making very frequent trips to the bathroom all day. But I have persevered and consumed all of my water EVERY day. As a result, my headaches and dizziness are COMPLETELY GONE. No joke. I haven't had any in the 6 weeks I've been participating. I know my body is healthier as a direct result of proper hydration. I truly hope that I will have the diligence to continue drinking plenty of water after completing this 8-week session."

We KNOW you can, Michelle! We understand how difficult it can be to get used to the increase in water, but we're so excited to hear that your headaches are GONE and you're feeling so much better!!
"This challenge has helped me tremendously. I may have not lost as much [weight] as I would of liked but I keep reminding myself I still have two weeks to go in this challenge and still have a lifetime to meet my goals. I am feeling better physically and my doctors are extremely happy with my recent test results - so am I. I am in jeans I haven't worn in year. Emotionally, I am in a much better place. Even though everyone else in the family has been sick I haven't. I love the way I am feeling and will definitely continue even when the 8 weeks is over. Thank You!!!"
