Grapes and Greek Yogurt

One of the ladies that I follow on Instragram (fitnessrocksrosie) is constantly posting the yummiest looking food.  Besides looking delicious, her food is always healthy and REAL...nothing processed...she eats clean.  I saw this super simple snack idea and decided to give it a try since I had everything I needed on hand and it was TASTY!!  If you're looking for a healthy, fresh, quick snack, give this one a try!

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup chopped grapes

1 Tbsp chopped walnuts

1 tsp chia seeds

Disclaimer:  I used plain, full fat Greek Yogurt.  I like the taste of the plain stuff.  If you're just not at that point, you could use the vanilla or honey flavored kind.  This was not very sweet, but it was a great refueling snack after this morning's run.  I hope you like it, too!
