Friday's FIND

weight loss1

The following article is a recent interesting Pinterest FIND!!  You've probably heard a lot of these, but there were some that I hadn't thought of before.  I really like #54. Point and Shoot - basically you use pictures of your meals as a food journal instead of writing it all down.  That one seemed especially pertinant given that this week is the Food Journal week!  #1. Get The Blues sounds a little wives tailish (ok, I know that's not a word), but hey, if eating on a blue plate helps me eat less, I'm game for giving it a try!  For those of you who love juice (like I do), #34. Water It Down could help you consume a few less calories.  I'm not sure why it's never occured to me to do this for myself - I do it ALL the time with my 2 year old.  I could go on, but you should check it out for yourself.  There may be an idea on this list that could really make a difference for you.  Have you tried and been successful with any of these tips?
