Discover the Power of I CAN!

At the end of the 2015 Healthy Holidays Challenge we received an email from Marci S. that made me smile from ear to ear!  In one short paragraph she described exactly the message that we here at Lifetime Wellness Challenge are attempting to convey.  

Here's what she wrote...

"I didn't lose as much weight as I was hoping but the challenge was still a success!  I realized that I CAN find ways to fit in exercise to my busy life.  I CAN limit how many treats I eat, even during Halloween and Thanksgiving!  I CAN drink more water and track how many fruit and vegetables I eat.  I feel better when I am active and careful about my food habits.  I needed a success and I got one!" - Marci S. 11/30/15

That's it!  That's exactly it!  We want you to know that you really CAN do and accomplish so much more than you may be allowing yourself to think you can.  We want you to know that you CAN make powerful choices that affect your health and overall well-being.  Marci S. and many more are shining examples that if you consistently work at it, really work at it, you CAN do all of these things and more.
