I recently found myself at the gym without a plan. GASP! What?!? Dianne didn't plan ahead? That's just crazy talk right there! Anyway....knowing I had no patience for the treadmill, I pulled out my trusty smart phone and started searching workouts that I had pinned on Pinterest and haven't had a chance to try. I first suggested the Dirty Burpee workout to Valerie and was quickly shot down. Something about a cussin' frussin' something or other...
Then I found "The Dirty Dozen" and I wasn't taking "no" for an answer! Half way through, the lazy side of me kinda wished I had. I was sweaty, I was breathless and I was tired, but I DID IT and that's something on those crazy days that leave little time for planning ahead. I would definitely recommend this one. It's nice because it's flexible. It can be made a difficult as you want by picking up speed or adding weight or it can be modified to accomodate beginners.
