A Fitness Challenge for the Whole Family

We attempted all sorts of strength exercises together and my son even taught us several of his (very difficult) gymnastics exercises. The time flew quickly! We've also had dance parties together; this morning we were doing the chicken dance. I'm sure we were quite a sight! They have also been excited to help me cook as I've been experimenting with healthier ingredients. I'm so glad I've been doing this at home where they can see me. They help motivate me and hopefully they are learning good habits!"
