Our daily habits are things we should all be doing anyway...we just give you points for doing them! (Isn’t that nice of us?)
Motivation is the basis of our program. We provide the tools and training that you’ll need to succeed. We help you set specific goals and rewards, identify emotional eating triggers and provide real food and exercise suggestions. You will also have access to our challenge specific tracking materials as well as our online resources: recipes, menu planners, exercise log and our inspirational blog where we post stories of success from past participants, recipe and exercise ideas and reviews, our personal experiences/struggles with weight loss, motivational thoughts and more.
Lifetime Wellness Challenge is NOT a diet or a fad. We don’t tell you what to eat or when to eat or even how to eat. YOU decide how to make healthy eating your way of life. The habits we promote are sustainable for a lifetime and they are easily incorporated into your regular routine, which means the whole family benefits from your success. There is no regimented meal plan or additional products to purchase. We don’t believe that health is found in a pill, a product or a diet. It’s found by eating real food every day for the rest of your life.
Our unique team-based competitions have proven VERY beneficial for our participants. Many have found themselves doing things for their teams that they haven’t been able to do on their own in the past!
You can choose to compete on teams of 2 or as an individual and the best part is…you get to support and encourage one another to never give up.

Overall wellness is the NUMBER ONE goal at LWC. Weight loss is often a pleasant side effect of incorporating healthy habits into your life.
You do NOT need to lose weight to compete in an LWC challenge. Everyone can participate on one of our (3) lifestyle tracks:
- Weight Loss: Participate on this track if you want to lose weight in a sensible, no-nonsense way.
- Weight Maintenance: Interested in extra motivation to eat better, exercise more, etc? This is the track for you.
- Healthy Living: Don’t believe in the scale or weight tracking of any kind? No problem. Healthy Living is the way to improve your overall health while ditching the scale. (This track is perfect for pregnant or nursing mothers, teens or those who are looking to gain weight/muscle).
Everyone wins! Lifetime Wellness Challenges can be accomplished by anyone and everyone, no matter their current size, age, situation or level of fitness. All that is required is determination and a desire to change your life and feel the sweet freedom of success.
You WILL gain confidence in yourself as you accomplish the goals you set for yourself and the goals we “strongly encourage” you to reach for!
Winning teams/individuals earn a little extra cash to spend!! Who doesn’t want that?
When goals are reached, EVERYONE WINS!! Despite your final “place” in the competition, if you follow the principles taught by Lifetime Wellness Challenge, you cannot lose. You WILL walk away with a stronger body, a clearer mind, better health and the beginnings of a lifetime of healthy choices.
Participants earn points for making healthy choices daily. Points are earned for the following habits...PERSONAL GROWTH, EXERCISE, limiting SWEETS, eating FRUITS & VEGGIES, drinking WATER, NOT eating after 9 PM, team CONTACT, answering the weekly HOT TOPIC and a BONUS that changes weekly. Points are tallied each week and must be submitted to us via our website on Mondays before 8 pm MST. At the end of the 8-week competition, the team/individual with the most points WINS A CASH PRIZE. So simple...so effective...and so FUN!
